Please follow our simple 3-Step reservation process below to ensure your dates are reserved, and your security deposit is fully refunded:
- Click here to check our bookings calendar to see if your dates are available. If they are, please select your dates, fill in the form below the calendar and click Submit.
- Click here and fill in Your Contact Information.
- Click here to review our Rental Agreement and the Rules and Regulations. You will be required to sign the Rental Agreement upon check-in.
Once we receive your contact information and your requested dates to book, we will contact you to confirm the amount of the security deposit. We accept Interac e-Transfers.
* Your security deposit will be $150 for 3 nights or less, and $500 for more than 3 nights.
Once your security deposit is received your dates will be reserved and the booking calendar will be updated.
Upon check-out, we will thoroughly inspect the cottage and upon adherence to the Rules and Regulations and the Cleaning Checklist is completed and signed, the security deposit will be mailed back to the address as entered in the tenant contact information.
